Something not right with your order? Please email us first at ironhalowargaming@gmail.com or use our contact form. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly - whether it’s a mix-up, quality concern, or any other problem.
Item Not Received? If your order hasn’t arrived, please let us know as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve it for you.
Our Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for any reason.
- You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in unused, resalable condition.
- Buyer pays return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
How to Return an Item

- Include your order number and the reason for return.
- We will approve the return and provide a label if applicable to the following address:

- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been used, or damaged by the customer.
